We
believe there are two primary contributors to
successful alignment between enterprise and IT
strategy.
First is efficient
and effective operational processes. For the most
part, an organization’s processes sit between
IT and enterprise strategy. If adequate processes
are not in place, then tight alignment between
information technology and enterprise strategy
will be difficult to achieve.
Second is the scope,
competencies, and governance of the IT organization.
In addition to end-user support, IT organizations
plan for, research, and pilot new technologies,
support software and hardware implementation and
installation, and maintain software and hardware
including security, backup and system administration
for file, print, mail and web servers. The IT
organization must have processes, practices and
procedures that scale to meet the requirements
and expectations of the enterprise strategy.
Our practice helps our clients meet today's challenges
with a tightly aligned, proactive, business-focused
IT organization. The types of work we do with
